Founder of Ash & Willow, Meditation Guide
Holly Santelli
Holly Santelli is a seasoned professional hair stylist and entrepreneur who blends beauty with purpose. After studying interior design, she discovered her passion for cosmetology at the Ferrari School of Cosmetology in Michigan and launched her career over 30 years ago. Settling in Park Ridge, Illinois, Holly began by styling clients from her basement before expanding into a suite at Sola Salon Studios and, ultimately, opening Ash & Willow Eco Salon & Beauty Apothecary in 2017.

Holly has also created “The Nest” at the Park Ridge location, a dedicated space for holistic wellness offering yoga, reiki, meditation, and guided sessions led by her.

As a meditation guide, Holly hosts beginner-friendly classes that reflect her dedication to mindfulness and community care . Holly Santelli is the heart and soul behind Ash & Willow—infusing expertise, ethics, and empowerment into every aspect of her work.

Founder of Ragtribe, Yoga Instructor
Rebecca Geraci
Rebecca Anne Geraci is the soulful founder of Ragtribe, a yoga instructor, and a sustainable clothing designer dedicated to heart-centered living and emotional wellness.

A free-spirited creator at her core, Rebecca believes yoga is far more than a physical practice; it’s a path of inner connection and transformation. Her classes are intentionally woven with the wisdom of the Yamas and Niyamas, the energy of the Chakras, sound healing, and essential oil therapy. Each offering is gentle, intuitive, and deeply nurturing, guiding students to connect with their own innate power to heal and grow.

Beyond the mat, Rebecca shares her passion for holistic living through breathwork, meditation, and cacao ceremonies. A natural wellness coordinator, she curates and hosts transformative yoga retreats around the world, blending movement, community, and soulful experiences in nature-rich settings.
As the visionary behind Ragtribe, Rebecca designs one-of-a-kind, plant-based garments that reflect her values of sustainability and artistry. Every piece is thoughtfully created—designed, cut, and sewn by hand—and she is now expanding into small-batch production in Chicago and India.

Rebecca’s ultimate mission is to inspire others to embrace their inner light, trust their own healing journey, and step boldly into their fullest potential.

Founder of Within, Pilates Instructor
Olivia Santelli
Olivia Santelli is the founder of Rise Pilates Club, a free, inclusive wellness community that gathers thousands weekly at sunrise on Chicago’s Oak Street Beach to move, breathe, and connect. After earning her journalism degree from Michigan State University, she retrained as a certified Pilates instructor, driven by her own journey with anxiety and depression and the healing power of movement, meditation, and journaling.
Her grassroots Rise Pilates series launched in summer 2024 via Instagram and quickly grew from just a dozen participants to thousands, turning into a full-time mission to make wellness accessible and community-centered.

Olivia also founded Within, a wellness app born from her desire to extend these tools - Pilates, breathwork, meditation, journaling - into a digital space for daily support and growth. Launched with support from Movement’s “Done For You” platform, Within is built to scale her impact and foster a broader community of mindful movement seekers.
