CANCELLATION POLICY
IN ORDER TO ACCOMMODATE ALL OF OUR GUESTS AND SUPPORT OUR STYLISTS BY KEEPING THEIR CHAIRS FULL, WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE ADHERE TO OUR CANCELLATION POLICY. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE CONTACT US MORE THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE CANCELLATION NOTICE. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A 50% CHARGE OF THE SERVICES THAT WERE SCHEDULED. WE DO UNDERSTAND EMERGENCIES HAPPEN AND WILL DO OUR BEST TO FAIRLY ENFORCE THIS POLICY.
RESERVATION
IN ORDER TO RESERVE YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR COLOR SERVICES, ASH & WILLOW REQUIRES A CREDIT CARD TO BE KEPT SAFELY ON FILE. YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNLESS YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE. IF YOU ARE A NO SHOW OR YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE, IT WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE FOR 50% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICES TO THE CARD ON FILE.

OUR FRONT ENTRANCE AT 610 DEVON IS HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. ASH & WILLOW ALSO HAS TWO ADA HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE RESTROOMS.
