Ashley is an advanced Level 2 Stylist with 3 1/2 years invested in the hair industry, becoming exceptionally educated from Paul Mitchell The School Chicago, Concordia University BA in Communication as well as becoming certified as a Kevin Murphy Session Stylist & in Keratin Treatments, Milbon Treatments, and Hair Extension. Ashleys training and love for Cut and Color, Custom Blonding & Fashion Color makes them her specialty. The creativity and collaboration to achieve a guests perfect hair tone and transformation are Ashley's favorite moments to share with guests in her chair. 

Ashley strives to get that “I loveee my hair” moment from every guest, by providing excellent service, and conversation about what their desired outcome is. As a Mom of two cats, music lover, and adventure enthusiast, Ashley loves to hear all about her guests' hopes and dreams, to help motivate them on their journey to achieving them.

When she's not making people feel beautiful at Ash & Willow, she is having deep conversations over a cup of coffee with her Husband, spending time hiking, or living her best life at Music festivals. Ashley advocates for always following your heart, she hopes to grow her career by expanding her services and exploring the world of fashion campaigns & shows.
